Organisations will demonstrate the effect of their leadership on improving the marketing performance of individuals, teams and the company as a whole. The judges will be looking for evidence of a positive effect on business performance, through the following:
- Understanding of marketing development needs
- Evidence of employee engagement
- Ongoing training and development
- Improved brand or service provision for customers
- Organic growth
