Announced at this years glittering ceremony at the London Hilton, the Grand Prix was awarded to Yeo Valley Organic.  They overhauled their tone of voice and packaging and re-launched a fresh brand message of ‘living in balance with nature’ to the masses, transforming Yeo Valley Organic into Britain’s fastest growing Dairy brand. Yeo Valley Organic also won the top prize for Marketing Communications.

Walker’s was another FMCG that stood out this year, awarded for 360° Marketing. Britvic’s, Robinsons Fruit Shoot won the prize for Brand Revitalisation, recognised for appealing to children and mums by championing ‘skills’ development and overcoming increasing health concerns and difficult market conditions brought about by the recession.

Costa was recognised for Global Marketing, where the judges said that they had sent out a clear message to its arch-rival Starbucks not to rest on its laurels in a campaign which set out to become the world’s challenger coffee shop. Barclays Cycle Hire was given top honours for Marketing for Sustainable Consumption with its ‘city changing initiative’.

We have profiled some of the winning case studies on The Marketing Society’s Blog including an interview with the Young Marketer of the Year Rebecca Brock from Homebase.
