The Marketing Society Excellence Awards - the leading marketing awards in the UK

The Marketing Society Excellence Awards set the standard of marketing excellence and have been an institution for the past 31 years establishing their reputation as the UK’s leading marketing awards. Each year they are judged by an elite panel of senior marketing practitioners drawn from blue chip marketing organisations. The awards are a chance to honour and highlight the great work of agencies and brands and to take stock of what is happening in marketing in the UK and around the world.

There are 23 categories in total including building customer relationships, employee engagement, cause related marketing, best from outside the UK and the grand prix award.

Submissions are open to all organisations, brands and agencies worldwide. Entries are submitted and paid for on line and may be done so by the owner of the brand or company (or their marketing/advertising agency) and you don’t have to be a member of The Marketing Society to enter or reside in the UK.

Submissions are judged against the marketing achievements of all types of business and entrants are asked to provide independent and robust data that supports the claims made in their entries.
The judges give more weight to quantitative data and comparable trend data over time. Key measures which should ideally be included are sales, profit, market share and customer attitudes.

The Marketing Society is an exclusive global membership network of 3000 senior marketers. Since 1959 it has emerged as one of the most influential drivers of marketing in the business community. We challenge our members to think differently and become bolder marketing leaders by supporting the development of leading-edge thinking and promoting the evidence of effective marketing.

We are the place for discerning marketers to learn, develop and share best practice. In recent years the Society has expanded globally. In 2014 The Marketing Society Asia was launched in Hong Kong, followed by a hub in Singapore. The Marketing Society  Middle East headquarters in Dubai opened in 2016 and The Marketing Society USA and India are scheduled to launch in 2017.
