Marketing Society Awards for Excellence 2009 in association with Marketing and supported by Accenture

The quest for excellence

The Marketing Society Awards for Excellence set the standard of marketing excellence in the UK. They are the only awards which recognise marketing excellence across all business sectors.

The awards provide a unique body of knowledge that organisations can use to improve their own marketing performance. They are judged by an elite panel of marketers drawn from blue chip marketing organisations. The panel will be chaired in 2009 by Dianne Thompson, Chief Executive of Camelot and Fellow of the Marketing Society.

Winners of these awards will know that their work has been evaluated by the sharpest marketing minds in the business, and that their work has truly excelled. The awards night, at the Hilton, Park Lane, on Monday 8 June 2009 will be a memorable opportunity to celebrate in the company of the UK’s leading marketers.

For the Marketing Society it adds to our body of knowledge on marketing excellence. The winning case studies appear in Marketing, the UK’s highest circulation industry magazine. All the shortlisted and winning cases are available on the Marketing Society website. Selected winners will be showcased in Society events throughout the year.

We anticipate that all the award categories will be strongly contested in 2009 – the Marketing Society’s Golden Jubilee year.
